What is involved in a home Inspection?
A quality home inspection is a complete inspection and analysis of the premise from "Top to Bottom". This starts at the driveway and or sidewalk. I inspect the house looking for defects, whether they are common, minor or major.
My duty to the client is to inform them of all problems, and what can be expected by knowing these conditions. Educating the consumer is the first priority. Be sure and eliminates surprises.
Why a home inspection?
- Home Buyers: Be informed to what you are buying. Avoid buying a "problem house". Minimize unpleasant surprises and difficulties.
- Home Sellers: Market your house more easily. Understand existing problems before they are Discovered by the buyer's inspector. Apply Preventative measures.
- Home Owners: Be aware of all existing defects and problems. These will give you a knowledgeable basis For future repairs or remodeling.
- Mortgage Companies: Home inspection will help secure the true market value of the House compared to the assessed value.
- Banks: Has the house been foreclosed? Learn the true condition. Most have lacked Maintenance and repair.
